Q1) I wish to order more than 5 box sets for my cart size. However, I can’t check out my cart for anything more than 4 box sets. What do I do?
At this moment, our delivery partner has a limitation on the number of box sets allowed for the islandwide delivery cost of $10.00/trip. So we won’t be able to exceed 4 box sets per cart in order to meet their criteria.
Should you need more than 4 sets, feel free to more purchases through a few more carts (depending on how many you need) with the same delivery dates and timings. Again, keeping in mind the maximum of 4 sets per cart while you do this.
However, if you are making a bulk purchase of 13 sets or more, contact us directly at email@example.com. We will liaise the order with you directly, and offer you another delivery option to help you out.
Q2) I see that you have 2 different 6 hour delivery time slots per day. However, can I request for a specific delivery timing instead?
We work with a dedicated delivery partner to bring you a special affordable delivery charge, and they can only do so within a 6 hour delivery window. Therefore, specific timings are not possible, even if they do fall under the delivery window of your choosing.
Therefore when you checkout your order, do choose the 6 hour delivery window that will be most appropriate for you.
Q3) I would like to have a weekend/public holiday delivery instead of weekdays, because I want to use my macarons for those days. How do I do that?
We now do deliveries from Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays), but not on Sundays.
So should you wish to use the macarons on a Sunday weekend, do place your orders for a Saturday (or the day(s) before the public holiday) delivery, and refrigerate them for your use on a Sunday.
Our macarons keep fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days, so they will still be fresh for your weekend or public holiday uses.
Q4) Can I order your macarons and request for same day deliveries?
The delivery rates we give do not allow for same day deliveries. Our deliveries can only be made earliest on the next day.
To make sure you do not miss out on next day deliveries, do place your orders before 3pm the previous day so our system will be able to capture your order and delivery for the next day.
Also, do take note that should you place your orders on a Saturday, the earliest delivery date and time you can choose will only be the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Q5) I understand that you have smaller box sizes in 7pcs and 14pcs. Can I order your 28pcs samplers box set and break them up to smaller sizes?
We apologize that we will not be able to allow this.
Q6) I am unable to pay using the payment modes you accept. Can you accept cash upon delivery?
As we outsource delivery to a third party delivery company, we do not wish for their delivery personnel to handle any form of payment.
It would be best to find someone else who would be able to assist you with payment for your order in this case.
Q7) Can I pay extra to ask you to deliver to places outside your restricted zones or even overseas?
Our delivery partner does not offer such an option. As such, we regret to inform that we won’t be able to extend such services to our customers.
Also, overseas deliveries are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

We usually reply your emails within 24 hours, but we do get really busy sometimes, and seek your understanding that we may sometimes take up to 48 hours to reply your emails.
