Ordering Quick Guide

a) Cart Checkout limit. Cart size to be $300.00 and below, regardless of item types.

b) Payment Methods. (1) Online method – Credit card payment (via paypal). (2) Offline method – PayNow, ibanking, ATM funds transfer.

c) Order confirmation. Completed online payments (paypal) are considered confirmed. Follow instructions for offline payment in the emailed invoice to confirm the order once payment is made. Should email not be received, check SPAM folder.

d) Delivery service. Fill up both billing and shipping details (if shipping address differ from billing details). During checkout, at the “Your Order” section, click the delivery option (additional charges will apply accordingly).

e) Store Pickups. Fill up billing details only. During checkout, at the “Your Order” section, click the self pickup option.

f) Delivery charges. For orders below $80.00, deliveries are charged at $10.00/trip islandwide. A $5.00/trip additional surcharge applies to all deliveries to Sentosa. Delivery charges will show when address and postal code for delivery are entered on the Checkout page.

g) Free delivery. All orders above $80.00 are entitled to free islandwide delivery to a single location. A $5.00/trip additional surcharge will still apply for all deliveries to Sentosa.

h) Non delivery zones. Military camps, bases, off shore islands, etc. Refer to this document for all non-delivery zones. Contact us for clarification should your valid postal code not return a delivery option during checkout.

i) Next day (and beyond) delivery and collection only. No same day deliveries and collections available. Order cut off times for next working day deliveries and collections are at 3.00pm the day before. Choose delivery and collection dates and times at the Checkout page, under “Order & Delivery Details” section.

j) Delivery days. Mondays to Saturdays, not including public holidays. Non delivery days include Sundays, or blocked out delivery days from delivery calendar.

k) In store collection days. Mondays to Fridays, not including public holidays. Non collection days include weekends, or blocked out delivery days from delivery calendar.

l) Limited daily delivery and collection slots. Should an order for a supposedly valid delivery or collection date and time slot be unsuccessful, choose the next available day and time slot.

m) Delivery time slots. (1) 10.00am to 4.00pm, (2) 4.00pm to 10.00pm. No choosing of specific time slots from the above 2 timings.

n) Collection time slots. (1) 10.00am to 12.00pm, (2) 12.00pm to 3.00pm, (3) 3.00pm to 5.00pm, (4) 5.00pm to 7.00pm.
